If you have recently moved and the previous owner left their lock on the door, you can gain access as the new owner by following these steps.

Reset the Olumat smart lock

Open the battery back cover and you will see two small holes. Use a thin stick to press the button on the right until you hear a beep, then enter "0000#" to reset the smart lock.
