How to reset the smart lock?

 

    What happens if the batteries go dead? Am I locked out?

    Rest assured, you won't be locked out when the power goes out. Our smart lock will work for at least one year with a battery. There is a battery alert in the top right corner of the TTLock APP, so you can replace the battery in time. The bottom end of the smart lock has a USB port, you can connect to the charging bank to charge it and then unlock it. Of course you can also use the key to open the door.

     

    How many digits can we use for the passcode?

    You can generate the passcode for 6-9 digits through the TTLock APP.

     

    Are all door cards unique?

    The door cards are unique and the lock will not open for other door cards.

     

    Why can't I search for the Bluetooth signal of the lock?

    Please make sure that turn on Bluetooth and the smart lock is awakened when the phone is searching.

     

    What do I do when repeated attempts to enter a fingerprint fail?

    Maybe the fingerprint of the finger is relatively shallow, and the machine cannot recognize your fingerprint well. Please try to enroll your fingerprint with another finger. If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact our customer service.
